The U.S. Virgin Islands

Washington,
D.C., May 14, 2008: The International Green Energy Council has

be established and located in the U.S. Virgin Islands. This will be the twenty
eighth chapter of the organization Worldwide.
International
President, Ralph Avallone visited WAPA facilities along with several other

Officials to implement policies that will allow for the expeditious application
of renewable energy resources for energy production.
