 There
are 48 million students in America that need to receive the
educational opportunities needed to be better stewards of
the environment.
The IGreen Energy Council is committed to give
them the tools that they need to thrive as our leaders of
tomorrow to produce a reduction in global warming through
promoting “Green” (sustainable) forms of energy
production, renewable energy sources, sustainable design practices
and advanced thinking .
Our Pledge to America’s School children
is to provide education about “Green” practices
and conservation that will instill a national commitment by
students all across America.
The IGEC Education Incentive is committed to the
following basic principals:
- A basic understanding of sustainable development, alternative
energy choices and conservation.
- Help In understanding the ways that education is the key
to the empowerment of people working for a sustainable future.
- Various strategies for the education community to direct
education toward the process building a sustainable future.
