During the past ten years, Warren has worked as a business
development and marketing consultant to over 80 companies. He has particular
expertise in environmental planning, and has worked as a specialist
consultant in ecological matters affecting business and industry. Warren
has served as State Commissioner for the New Jersey Water Supply Authority~
and currently serves as Vice Chairman on the Commission for the New
Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust. In 1994, Warren received
a Congressional appointment to both the Superfund Advisory Council and
the Manufacturing Advisory Council. Warren also currently has advisory
board positions with Stevens Institute of Technology and the Rutgers
University Corporation for the Application of Rutgers Research, Rutgers
University Fisheries and AquacuItural Technology Center and the Institute
of Marine and Coastal Science. He is a director of American Corporate Services of New York and London, and does business development for fast growing Maxam Industries Inc, a custom composite materials company and for Hamilton & Company, a top financial advisory firm concerned with Foundations, Trust and Pension Funds. In 2005 Warren became a member of the Economic Development Committee of New Jersey Business and Industry Association. In addition, he is a Business Development Director for Hamilton Financial Services, a fast growing mortgage banking firm providing ultra fast mortgages with a unique software program. For many years, Warren has been President of the New Jersey Tennis Foundation. In 2003, he joined with International Regenerative Medicine, and in 2004, he became a Founding Trustee of NJSCREF, the New Jersey Stem Cell Research Education Foundation, a 503C Tax Exempt Fund supporting top stem cell researchers. As a Board Member of “Friends of Homeless Animals,” a no kill shelter, he merged their mission with the Red Bank Animal Hospital, one of the largest facilities in the country which provides 24 hour emergency care for animals.
