Tom is an attorney with Marks & Sokolov, LLC, an international law firm with offices in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Moscow, Russia; and Kyiv, Ukraine. He represents Western, Russian and Ukrainian clients in commercial, professional malpractice, lender liability, securities fraud, insurance defense, maritime, RICO and construction litigation matters.

Tom has a successful trial practice obtaining significant results for international energy companies and is currently is involved with a matter before the International Court of Arbitration in Paris, France related to an international construction project in the steel industry. Tom has served as an arbitrator in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas; is a member of Consulegis EEIG, a European based association of lawyers; and a member of the International Bar Association.

Tom graduated from The Ohio State University in 1986 with a degree in Business Administration. He is a 1991 graduate of Widener University School of Law and is admitted to the Bars of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
